1. Programme Overview

Vocal Foundations is a 30-day hybrid singing experience delivered via online video modules and includes one (1) live 1-1 coaching session with Carrie Griffiths.

By purchasing this programme, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Digital Access

Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to the Vocal Foundations digital course materials via the Wix member portal.

Due to the instant access nature of digital content, access is granted immediately after payment is completed.

3. Refund Policy (Digital Content)

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital content that is accessed immediately after purchase is exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period once access has begun. However I am offering a 14-day cooling off period as long as long as no part of the course has been accessed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You receive immediate access to digital materials.

• You waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right once the 14-day cooling off period has elapsed.

• No refunds will be issued once the course has been accessed.

This policy is in place to protect the integrity of the programme and its intellectual property.

4. 1-1 Coaching Session

Your purchase includes one 1-1 coaching session.

• Your session must be booked within 60 days of purchase.

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling.

• Missed sessions will be forfeited.

• Sessions are non-transferable.

5. Participant Responsibility

Vocal Foundations is an educational training programme. Results depend on:

• Consistency of practice

• Personal commitment

• Vocal health and lifestyle factors

Carrie Griffiths does not guarantee specific vocal outcomes. The programme is designed to provide tools, structure and guidance — implementation is the participant’s responsibility.

6. Health & Vocal Care Disclaimer

Participants agree:

• They are physically and medically fit to undertake vocal training.

• They will consult a medical professional if experiencing pain, persistent hoarseness, or suspected vocal injury.

• This programme is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, speech therapy, or clinical voice treatment.

If you are under current voice therapy, please seek clearance before participating.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, exercises, downloads and live session content are the intellectual property of Carrie Griffiths.

Participants may not:

• Share login details

• Distribute materials

• Record live sessions

• Reproduce or teach the content without written permission

Unauthorised distribution will result in removal of access without refund.

8. Code of Conduct

Vocal Foundations is designed for serious, respectful singers. Abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the programme without refund.
